Ingredients:
- 500 grams ricotta cheese (tvorog*)
- 2 Tbsp. semolina flour (manka)
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 5 Tbsp. sour cream
- 5 Tbs sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 50 grams (a handful) raisins
- a pinch of salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Using butter, lightly grease a 9×9-inch pan.
Take a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, semolina flour, eggs, vanilla extract, 2 table spoons of sour cream, salt and sugar mix until smooth and creamy using electric mixer.
Add
the raisins and stir. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Spread
the remaining 2 table spoons of sour cream on top.

Bake in the preheated oven about 45-55 minutes until golden brown. Allow to
cool completely before serving.
* – Russian version of ricotta.
